- A cancellation 7 days or more before the check-in date will incur no charges
- A cancellation between 4-7 days before the check-in date will incur One-night charges of the total reservation value
- A cancellation 1 to 4 day/s before the check-in date will incur 50%charges of the total reservation value
- Last minute cancellation and No show will be charged 100% of the total reservation value

Reservation Guarantee, Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front & back) + copy of the cardholder’s passport Or1night deposit the total reservation value transferred to our IDR or USD bankaccount within 7 days of receiving your booking confirmation will guarantee thereservation. The rest of payment will be settled upon check in
